'Deal With Your Disenchantment' is a 21st century woman's response to Bob Dylan's classic albums of the '60s/early '70s. Started before Bob was granted his Nobel Prize for literature, the album spans four years of Nicole's life including Brexit, Trump and the public pillory of sexually mixed up guys who were all the rage in the '70s. Nicole Skeltys came to fame the early 2000s with B(if)tek and Artificial, two femme-electro analogue electronica based projects that scooped up people to dance floors around Australia. Her latest release is lyric heavy, loose wristed jangle guitars, heavy gold words that dangle and shine.
